We can do as follows to give them the first aid while having a heart attack:

1. Sit or lie down. Stop all activities and don't do a lot of movements. A lot of movements will be makes body damage due to heart attack.
2. Call the emergency number. Please contact the nearest hospital soon or request to another people who surround you to contact the ambulance. Don't spend time to contact private doctor, friend of another family on this this time.
3. If doctor already give the nitroglyserin tablets, please immediate to take that medicine. This medicine can be consume in every 5 minute per tablet until the pain disappeared. Don't take this medicine without doctor receipt.
4. If there are no allergic on the victim's body, they can chewing aspirin. Aspirin will be prevent the blood clotting and it will be keep the blood flowing to artery. Chewing aspirin during heart attack can be decrease the death risk until 25%.
5. Please recognize the signals of heart attack and always bring the medicines which taken from doctor. The quick first aid in emergency condition like heart attack will be help to prevent the serious damage on heart and makes possibility the victim survive.
